Recipient: Dean's Most Outstanding Contribution Award , 1992; American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law, 1992. Member: Justinian Honorary Law Society. Editor-in-Chief: Legislative Research Bureau, Syracuse University, 1991-1992. Member: Onondaga County (Co-Chairperson, Young Lawyers Section 1993). President: Central New York Worker's Compensation Bar Association 2002 to 2005 (Vice-President 1999 to 2002). Member: Injured Workers' Bar Association. Member: National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. Administrative Practice and Procedures Committee of New York State Worker's Compensation Board.
